Office Hours
We are open 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday. We schedule appointments for both sick and well visits on each of these days. While we are not always in the office on Sundays, arrangements can be made with the Doctor On Call to be seen in the office. If this is needed, please call (847) 501-4040 and ask to page the Doctor On Call.
In order to best accommodate your needs, and because kids can become ill or injured at unexpected times, we do our best to keep open appointment slots each day. Should your child need to be seen on short notice for an urgent issue or emergency, we will do our best to make sure you are given an appointment before the day's end.

- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - ~1:00 PM; we will stay as late as necessary to ensure all patients are seen.
- Sunday: office closed, hours by arrangement.
Walk-In Hours
We offer walk-in hours five mornings per week, Monday through Friday. Walk-in hours are designed to be used for sick child visits, and not for chronic or ongoing issues. At walk-ins, sick children will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a sign-in sheet to ensure that children are seen in the order that they arrive. Please note that particularly ill children may be seen first when necessary.
Because no appointment is needed, there may be times -- especially in the winter -- when walk-ins are particularly busy. We will do our best to see everybody in a timely fashion. If it is too busy, you may speak to the receptionist and request an appointment for later in the day; this will prevent you from waiting for an extended period of time if there are many families ahead of you on the list.

After Hours
When we are not in the office, there is always a physician available by pager to answer your questions.
To speak with the physician on call, please dial (847) 501-4040, and ask that the Doctor On Call be paged. You should expect a return call from the physician within 20 minutes. If you do not hear back in that time, please page again!
If there is an emergency or life-threatening situation, please do not call the office. Rather, please call 911 or head to your nearest hospital. Once there, the physicians at the hospital will contact us, and we will work together at that time to care for your child.
