Joanne
Joanne (Receptionist) has now been with us since 1996, and is a vital cog in our office. She is always pleasant and reliable, and oversees much of the scheduling and office paperwork. She is helped out at the front desk by Kerry and Amanda, both of whom are our part-time receptionists.
Kerry
Kerry (Receptionist) is one of our part-time receptionists. Her expertise is dealing with referrals to specialists, and her work at the front desk is invaluable. She lives locally with her husband and wonderful children.

Kristine
Kristine (Nursing Staff, Receptionist) is the newest member of our Elm Street Pediatrics team, joining us in November of 2011. She grew up in nearby Gurnee and had a stint in the Air Force before turning to a career in healthcare. She received her Medical Assistant training at Everest College, where she excelled and was named an Igniter Ambassador. She loves working with kids and, like our very own Joanne Hoobler, is a Cubs fan as well. Kristine has been a great addition and we are thrilled to have her.
Nursing Staff
Tobey
Tobey (Medical Assistant) has been with us since 2007. She is one of our experts at drawing blood and is always a favorite of the patients. She always has a smile on her face, and loves working with children. Tobey is also one of the biggest Bears fans around, and had sustained a serious knee injury several years ago while celebrating a Devin Hester touchdown. She currently lives in Chicago with her lovely daughter. She also really enjoys eating cheese fries.
Lana
Lana (Nursing Staff) is a critical and invaluable member of our Elm Street Pediatrics family. She is an integral part of the office and holds things together well. Lana is an expert at drawing blood, and has successfully and painlessly drawn blood on Dr Levin several times! Lana's favorites include the color purple, Hello Kitty, and working with children. She is also an excellent cook.
Vio
Vio (Nurse) joined us at Elm Street Pediatrics in 2011. She grew up in the north side of Chicago and received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing at Loyola University in 1987. She has extensive pediatric and newborn experience, having worked at Prentice Women's Hospital in Labor and delivery and at Children's Memorial Hospital. Vio loves teaching new moms about their newborns. She lives in Glenview with her husband and four children, and spends a lot of time volunteering in her children's schools. She also enjoys doing arts and crafts.
