Ana Maria joined Elm Street Pediatrics as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in September of 2011.  She has extensive experience, working as a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2002, and also has expertise in many different areas of pediatric medicine.  Her training has included cardiology at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, pediatric surgery at Children's, and ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialty at Duke University in North Carolina. 

Ana Maria lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and 2 adorable young girls.  Working with children and families has become a very important part of Ana Maria's life.  She is surely a welcome addition to the Elm Street Pediatrics family!
